Who controls your information
Optimal Deviation, trading as Flexstructor, determines how marketplace account information is used. Independent instructors and Stripe may also process information under their own responsibilities.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Flexstructor, we collect account, contact, profile, role, vehicle, instructor business, booking, availability, package, payment, payout, message, support, notification, safety, location, device, consent, and diagnostic information.
Location and sharing
Instructor business or service-base coordinates can be shown on the public marketplace map. Learner search, pickup, live lesson, and route information is limited to the relevant feature and authorised workflows.
Your choices
You can change device privacy choices, revoke sponsor or live-share access, and request a copy of account information where available. Contact support for privacy requests or complaints.
